In Chemical Plants like Sulphuric Acid Plants, Fertilizer Plants, and some Steel Plants etc,. wherever possible the process heat is utilized for optimum use. To save process heat wherever possible a conscientious design Engineer prefers Water tube Boilers instead of smoke tube boilers. The ‘Process Heat’ thus is saved and can be used for power generation or as a motive power for blowers and pumps or any other suitable purposeful use in the process of the plant.

The high pressure elements in Waste Heat Boilers, Economisers and Superheaters are conscientiously designed to protect the tube from the corrosive action of hot processed gases by C.I gilled rings / corrugated rings. shrunk fitted on the carbon steel seamless boiler quality tubes. The rings provide extended heating surface and optimum heat transfer coefficient and are designed to withstand a high steam pressure and are manufactured as per IBR. There are four types of C.I.gilled rings used in elements designed to suit the process gas temperatures & have maximum heat transfer.

All the parts and equipments are manufactured under strict quality control at every stage of manufacture, If required third party Inspection can be arranged. Wherever required Destruction and Non-destructive tests are carried out as per IBR Code of practice.
